Love Love Love

From my previous post, you should have been expecting this...As we all know, love is a powerful and strong emotion, it can be felt for something or someone. In Islam, love is a fundamental foundation to great Iman and to a healthy pathway.

Before we love anything or anyone else, we must must love Allah and His Messenger.

O Muslims! Do you truly love the Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam? A fundamental of our religion, and a tenet of our faith, is to love him. Allaah says:

which means: “Say, [O Muhammad]: ‘If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your relatives, wealth which you have obtained, commerce wherein you fear decline, and dwellings with which you are pleased are more beloved to you than Allaah and His Messenger and Jihaad in His cause, then wait until Allaah executes His command. And Allaah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.” [At-Tawbah: 24]
Al-Fudhayl ibn ‘Iyaadh, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said: “This verse is enough of an evidence to prove the obligation of loving the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, because Allaah dispraised in it those whose wealth, family or children are dearer to them than the love of Allaah and His Messenger sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, describing them as defiantly disobedient at its conclusion.”

It can't get clearer than this! Allah gave us all alhamdulillah, we have shelter, we have food to eat, we have clothes to wear, we have eduction and we have a religion that keeps us healthy and peaceful (I know there are people in hunger, war and in suffering out there, and I do wish that Islam is keeping hope and faith in them. May Allah grant all of your dua's and wishes. Ameen). In return we love Allah and His Messenger more than anything, because honestly where would we be without Allah? Why be ungrateful and complain? Why expect our dua's and prayers to be fulfilled if we don't love Allah and Muhammed sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam to the fullest and with our hearts?

Honestly people, snap out of your dreams and get back to reality and your religion...and with dreams I am not being literate here, I mean this world, with full of sins, material goods, false romance and all the other things that keep us distracted!
I am not a saint, nor am I saying that you are a sinner, I am just delivering a message to our beloved Ummah, so don't shoot the messenger (its just a saying)

Love and Peace...Ohh you'll be expecting more love :)
