Met these lovelies ladies during last year's Shimmer and Shine. They look very elegant and stylish. Love it!

This is a failed attempt in gardening, or just simply looking after a flower! First of all, it's not entirely my fault, there is hardly any sun in London and these beautiful roses needed at least 10hours of sunlight. Instead they got 15hours of grey clouds and rain.

Secondly, we have more cold weather here than it supposed to be…these roses survived for one months. I'm a terrible gardner, and I should be ashamed of myself. I thought I did water them enough daily, had them exposed to daylight and…well everything else was out of my hands! Plus I wasted time that I did not even have on doing things that should be left for people who have time  for doing such things aka gardening.

Maybe next time, when I have more time, I shall plant my own flowers haha

Reminiscing old times…if one year ago is considered 'old times'! I really miss staying in Saudi Arabia, especially at this wonderful Swiss Hotel Mövenpick in Medina. It felt like home, no kidding!

First of, I love how the Swiss care so much about quality and are such perfectionist. I've spent 8 years of my life in that wonderful country (Switzerland) and it taught me so much…the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. What a life experience! So staying at a Swiss hotel brought back some memories.

Staying at this hotel was wonderful on so many levels, first of the absolute best part was being right across  Al- Masjid Al-Nabawi! Seriously two minutes walk, literally crossing the street…It was beyond wonderful…ok I'm gonna start crying now, I wanna be back there right now! I miss Mecca and Medina very much, and inshallah I am hoping to visit those magical and holy cities again someday!

Here are some pictures I took last year…I mostly cared about food…about 80% of the pictures are just from the restaurant haha…The special things about the room/suit was it had it's own living room…it was literally a flat house!

I really can't write much or find much information on this…we barely had time to look at the masjid from outside, let alone go inside. This was taken during my visit in Medina/Saudi Arabia last year…yes I am still posting pictures of the different places and masjid's I've visited…

I couldn't post them all last year, because a lot of things were happening and I had to blog about those, right?

Anyhow, back to topic, all I know is that this masjid was initially three, and now all have been combined to make one large masjid. Another thing is that, the Sahabah have built it.
